iVision Tech S.p.A. Acquires IVILENS OOD and Enters the Ophthalmic Lens Market

In a strategic move to continue its growth path and diversify its offerings in the eyewear sector, iVision Tech S.p.A. has successfully acquired a 60% stake in IVILENS OOD, marking a significant entry into the ophthalmic lens market. iVision Tech S.p.A. further expands its horizon by incorporating the production and marketing of finished and semi-finished ophthalmic lenses.

 

IVILENS OOD, based in Plovdiv (Bulgaria), specializes in the production of such lenses and holds the exclusive rights to market LEICA lenses in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, adding invaluable worth to iVision Tech's overall offering in the eyewear sector.

With an 80 sqm stand, iVision Tech presents at the Milan International Eyewear Fair the new collection of gold-laminated glasses by the brand Henry Jullien, relaunching the historic French brand known worldwide for its exclusive production technique. Henry Jullien joins the iVision group

On September 22, 2023, the company iVision Tech acquired the company Maison Henry Jullien, following the bankruptcy of the L'Amy Luxe Group of which it had been a part since 2017.

Activity continues on the historic site of Lons-le-Saunier, which will develop following the numerous projects initiated by the two teams. Great synergies to come...

The brand Henry JULLIEN symbolizes exceptional materials and treatments since 1921, thanks to the expertise of its master craftsmen.

Henry Jullien was a French representative of glasses. In
1921, he decided to create his own brand and built his first factory in Morez, in the Jura region, cradle of the French eyewear industry.
It does not require less than 279 operations and 4 months of work.
​
His vision was to raise the perception of a pair of glasses
to the same rank as jewelry or watchmaking tradition.
​
It has been certified for the excellence in French craftsmanship by the EPV label, which means
"Entreprise du patrimoine".
This label is a distinction from the French Institution for manufacturers with a rare and renowned
know-how.
